UK FULFILMENT
As the focus is delivering high levels of service, our standard prices are fully tracked, from collection to delivery, to your customer. Our UK carriers provide an estimated window of delivery which drives a higher successful delivery rate. All of our rates include one pick, pack and dispatch for an item. Our rates include out of area postcodes in the UK.

We service Europe as well as the Rest of the World. We have a long-term relationship with our courier company delivering outside of the UK and that has enabled us to pass on savings to The World. If a large part of your business focuses outside the UK, please contact us so we can provide you with preferential rates. If you do not have any business outside the UK, we can offer these services to help grow your sales channel(s).

Your returns and undelivered parcels can be returned back to us and we will put the item back in stock. This will be charged as below. We can also offer the option for a seamless branded UK returns which will show your logo on Royal Mail Returns section. Customers can be directed here for an easy returns process by either printing a label or using a QR code. With branded returns, the return label fee remains at the same cost as well.

STORAGE FEES
For any item sent into our hub, you will receive the first TWO MONTHS of storage completely free. Then storage fees will apply as according to the below. Pallet Storage is available and pricing is below. The parcel size guide is under Parcel Sizes. If you wish to store pallets with us, there is a separate rate which will enable you to do so.
